Product Description

Stainless steel filter caps, also known as stainless steel water caps, filter pipes, or cap-shaped filter screens, are filtering materials made mainly of stainless steels such as 304 and 316L. They have properties like wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance. According to the production process, they can be divided into two categories: stamping and edge-wrapping, and wedge wire winding. The former is made by stamping metal mesh and wrapping the edges, and is mainly used in the mechanical fuel filtration and water treatment industries. The latter adopts a trapezoidal wire winding process, with a flow efficiency 2-3 times that of plastic water caps, and is suitable for equipment such as filter tank backwashing systems and ion exchangers. 

Stainless steel filter discs, also known as oil filter discs, disc filters, or chemical fiber assemblies, are filter components made with stainless steel mesh or metal powder as the core material. This product is manufactured using edge wrapping technology or sintering forming technology. It forms a filter layer by combining stainless steel meshes of different mesh sizes with support meshes, or by sintering uniaxially compacted metal powder. It is mainly used in filter presses, ships, and diesel engine oil circuit system filtration. Meanwhile, it performs liquid/gas filtration and material separation functions in fields such as the chemical fiber industry, electronics, petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, and food production. 

Stainless steel filter tube are high-efficiency filtering components made of multi-layer stainless steel sintered mesh or woven mesh. The main filter material includes stainless steel fiber sintered felt. The porosity is 28%-50%, and the filtration accuracy ranges from 0.2-200μm. Custom processing of pore size (4u-160u) and outer diameter (25-150mm) is supported [1] [4]. The product structure includes a spiral skeleton and polypropylene end caps, with uniform pore distribution, strong dirt-holding capacity, and the characteristic of being formed by corrugated technology. It has various interface types and supports welding installation.
